Steps to Follow:
- In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except for the prosciutto.
- Then form into 8 balls by mixing well.
- The cheese balls should be placed on a plate and frozen for 20 to 30 minutes.
- The cheese balls should be wrapped in prosciutto and placed in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
