Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 ounces prosciutto

Steps to Follow:

  • In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except for the prosciutto.
  • Then form into 8 balls by mixing well.
  • The cheese balls should be placed on a plate and frozen for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • The cheese balls should be wrapped in prosciutto and placed in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • You can serve it immediately or store it refrigerated for a week.
  • You can warm them up in a hot skillet, but they are also cold.
